Welcome to this beautifully updated, cozy 2 story townhome located on the free shuttle bus route, within minutes to everything Steamboat has to offer.
With a California King bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the guest bedroom, 2 sets of bunk beds with a trundle in the bunk room and a queen sleeper sofa, this family oriented property can sleep up to 4 adults and 4 kids. A pack & play is also available for the wee ones! All 3 bedrooms are located on the second floor, offering privacy and distance from the living areas below.
The master bedroom has a full bathroom en suite, along with a private balcony boasting amazing mountain views. A large hi-def, flat screen TV with Blu-ray player makes for a relaxing retreat.
On the 2nd floor, there is another full bathroom right down the hall from the bunk and guest rooms. The upstairs includes a washer and dryer as well.
The main level has a wonderfully open floor plan with a family room, kitchen and half bath. The family room includes a large flat screen HDTV, Blu-ray player, and while cable is not provided, there is access to Netflix, Apple TV and Amazon Prime for all your entertainment needs! A queen sleeper sofa, love seat, bucket chairs and thick, luxurious rug atop radiant floor heat make stretching out a treat. A gas fireplace provides cozy ambience while you surf the free high speed wireless internet.
The very well equipped kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Some of the items include: a gas oven and range, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee & espresso makers, toaster, family sized electric skillet, blender, waffle maker, crock pot, air popcorn popper, a wide range of pots and pans and plenty of bakeware. With a large dining table and gorgeous custom, hand made island, it comfortably accommodates dining for 10. The back patio along the beautifully maintained greenbelt offers a propane grill and seating, close, but not too close to the community hot tub.
A secure storage closet located just outside the front door provides a safe place to lock up your skis/snowboards/bikes and any other outdoor equipment.
